Sgt. First Class Michael Isaza, son of Debbie Isaza and descendent of James Harvey Hinson. Unless orders change, Michael will return to Iraq in 2009. Airman, William Luke Harris, nephew of Sharon Harris and Descendent of Jane Hinson. Shown here with fiancee Hannah Gilbert, at Air Force Academy graduation. First Sargeant Steven DiGeorgio, son-in-law of Jerry Hinson. Deployed on July 19, 2008, he will be in Iraq for the next 12 months.
Joshua LeCompte, the nephew of Ernest Cooling, and a descendant of Alfred Hinson, is in training at Ft Leonard Wood Mo. He leaves for Afghanistan in Feb 2009. Cory Penven,the grandson of Judy Copes, and a descendant of Harrison Hinson, deployed in April of 2009Updte: April 24, 2010
Now serving on second tour as of February 2011
Steven A. Smith. Husband of Katherine Hinson Smith and son-in-law of Susan Hinson. His second deployment to Iraq began in December of 2008.Update: June 2, 2010
Returned from Iraq and currently serving in Germany

Update: Steven is now out of the service and attending college.

Joseph Burrage, son-in-law of Susan Hinson, married to Jessica Hinson Burrage.  He recently finished basic and is currently stationed at Ft. Gordan, GA.

Update: Joseph and his wife are now serving in Korea.
